Don’t Set Your Intentions for 2022 Drunk on New Year’s Eve
Time & Location
About the event
We were hit hard by Covid-19 in 2020 and spent 2021 trying to rebound from its ravages. The way it looks now, Covid shows no signs of disappearing in 2022.
We’re tired of not knowing what’s going to happen. We’re pissed off at those who don’t vaccinate. We’re anxious about losing our livelihood. We’re mourning the deaths of loved ones. We’re grieving the loss of our “old” way of life. We’re frustrated from the lack of support from the institutions we’ve always trusted.
Is this how we want to live in 2022?
I can guarantee you that the individuals and businesses that thrived in the last 18 months refused to stand still in toxic thinking. They found the wherewithal to withstand the doom and gloom mentality that sucked so many of us in. I am offering you a way out.
Set Your 2022 Intentions with Writing for Self Reflection
Registering for this 90-minute guided group journaling event may be the best decision you make all year. By the end, you will have a tool that makes Covid (or anything else that pops up in 2022) your b!tch.
Writing for self-reflection is your pathway to clarifying your life goals, creating meaning in your life and discovering what’s important. The foremost benefit of writing for self reflection is that it quickly transform into a trusted space for acknowledging your emotions.
Why group journaling?
Truth be told, you won’t muster up the energy to start or sustain a journaling practice on your own. As with group meditation, the energy level is high and positive. Just listening to others talk about their process (not the contents of their journal) is cathartic. And you will connect with your inner wisdom to guide your decisions.
When: December 19, 2021
Time: 10:00pm - 11:30pm (Amsterdam time)
Where: Online (Zoom link will be sent in confirmation email)
